Instruction push up bars (up to 2 users at one time):
Face the discs, placing one palm on each, slightly away from the centre. Move each disc in a circular fashion repeatedly. Begin with clockwise motion, changing to counterclockwise after desired number of repetitions.
Strengthen arm, shoulder, and back muscles. Benefit arm and wrist joints.
Beginner: 20 repetitions | Advanced: 30 repetitions | Elite: 40 repetitions
